What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology
is defined as muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body at structural, chemical, and emotional levels. Muscle testing is able to
give us feedback on what's going on with your body. Once imbalances
are identified, various techniques can be used to release energy blockages
and allow the body to heal itself. Kinesiology is used to find the
root cause of the dysfunction instead of treating the symptoms.
It is important to know that the external symptoms are a reflection of an internal imbalance.
Physical symptoms are nature’s way of letting you know that something is happening in your
mind-body-energy system.
Kinesiology can help find the causes of health problems that are not always obvious.
It treats the whole person including your body, mind, and spirit, not just the symptoms, and will help your body's natural healing process.
There's no minimum age requirement for kinesiology. If someone cannot be muscle tested directly because they are too young, injured, in pain or even unconscious,
surrogate testing can be used.
